How Do I Get Driven In Fitness? 

Here are some tips to stay driven in fitness: 

  • Develop a routine - A routine will give structure to your day. Each day you’ll wake up knowing exactly what you need to do and this alone will help you stay consistent. Don’t push yourself too hard as that may cause you to quit. But develop a routine that you know suits you 
  • Stay focused - Remove any daily distractions that will take you off course. If you’ve got kids, deal with them first before you get in the zone. Take care of the small stuff and then focus and commit 100% on beasting your fitness goals 
  • Suffer - Staying disciplined when it comes to fitness is tough. I’m not going to lie about that. But you have to be okay with discomfort and suffering. It’s all part of the ride. Out of suffering, great things come. Learning to overcome adversity will callous your mind so that, over time, you will get so used to it that you realise it’s just part of the journey, dude
